Fulfillment Policy

This Terms and Conditions and Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms for service delivery, cancellations, and refunds for marketing services retained through Soraya Ivette.
1. Service Fulfillment
All services provided by Soraya Ivette are customized and tailored to each client’s unique business needs. Upon payment and onboarding, clients will receive a detailed project scope, timeline, and deliverables agreement. Clients are expected to provide necessary materials (e.g. branding assets, logins, etc.) in a timely manner for project execution.
2. Payment Terms
All service fees are due upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
You may cancel your subscription at any time, however:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming cycle.
- Failure to cancel within the required notice period will result in charges for the next cycle.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the custom, digital nature of services provided, all payments are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Strategy calls and consultations
- Custom email marketing setup or campaigns
- Copywriting and content creation services
- Template or digital product customization
Refunds may be issued only in cases where service was not rendered as agreed upon in a written contract or proposal. Any such refund is at the sole discretion of Soraya Ivette.
4. Project Pauses or Delays
If a client becomes unresponsive for 14+ days without notice, the project may be paused. If delayed for more than 30 days, a restart fee may apply or the project may be considered fulfilled.
